- Administering and overseeing the office requirements related to procurement and operations.
- Reception and customer relations
- Working with Management & HR to address staff matters.
- Assisting with preparation of business presentations i.e. texts, presentations & bound documents.
- Assist in planning, scheduling and organizing meetings.
- Interfacing with various departments to collect information and responding to requests.
- Maintenance of office budget/petty cash and basic book keeping.

Fashion Stylist

- Contacting and managing models before, during and after photoshoots.
- Sourcing and working with fashion designers, photographers, hair & makeup artists to execute fashion and editorial photoshoots.
- Sourcing outfits and accessories for use during model photo shoots
- Making of budgets and tracking of expenses
- Design and operation of a models database for current and future use.
