The role
You will lead in regular monitoring of markets in the region as well as in Oxfam project areas in countries to capture trends and inform programme designs and regional/country strategies.

and support programming in the field, including the constraints, sensitivities
and risks associated with such work

You will provide specialist protection advice and support and be the main point of reference within HECA region on Oxfam’s approach to and work on protection.

Demonstrable experience of linking protection concerns to
various levels of advocacy & development of evidence-based advocacy on
protection concerns.
