Maintenance Supervisor Job in Kenya

A manufacturing industry located along Mombasa Road in Nairobi invites application for the above mentioned position.

Qualification

• Minimum of a Higher National Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of continuous Supervisory and
• Hands on Experience in production set ups.

Persons Profile

• Excellent leadership and team building skills.
• Able to trouble shoot and do root cause analysis.
• Able to Plan, Organize, Schedule, Prioritize and Supervise.
• Able to lead, motivate, train, instruct and discipline 30 technicians.
• Experience in TPM and CMMS.
• Knowledgeable in ISO 9001:2008, ISO 22000:2005 and ISO 14001:2004
• Quick learner, Safety conscious, resourceful, proactive and goal oriented.
• Able to prepare and adhere to tight maintenance budgets.
