We deliver business value to customers through a combination of process excellence, quality frameworks and service delivery innovation. Due to our rapid expansion, we are seeking a results oriented, highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to fill the following vacant position;
Job Purpose/Summary
Reporting to the Group Chief Executive Officer, the incumbent will lead group marketing operations including: innovative strategic planning and development, sales support, branding, market research, media and industry relations, print and electronic communication channels, customer service and retention.
Duties and Responsibilities
Position our brands and build brand awareness, relevance and esteem within markets of operation;
Generate revenue by implementing measurable strategies that will drive revenue through marketing of product offerings in order to leverage them;
Coordinate and lead the creative production of inspiring design and content of both print and electronic media;
Develop a team to ensure consistent deployment of the group strategy within geographies;
Plan, direct and coordinate the marketing budget across multiple geographies;
Approve in-country initiatives, vendor contracts and expenditures;
Ensure brand standards are maintained across all channels and geographies;
Develop innovative campaigns that increase quality of fans and followers to build a strong talent base for the group;
Oversee and direct customer service monitoring processes to ensure client retention;
Manage and deploy the group website and social media strategy;
Design communication plans that ensure the organizations message is distributed across channels to targeted audiences to meet specifically set objectives;
Deploy strategies in group companies to build internal brand awareness, transmit the organizations
Coordinate and facilitate relevant market research.
Minimum Requirements
Over 8 years international experience;
Project Management skills;
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
Proven success in use of a broad spectrum of today’s marketing channels including social media;
Good writing skills; and
Be creative and innovative.
