For our Kenyan branch office in Nairobi we are looking for:
Warehouse Employee
who will perform his duties in close consultation with the existing Office Administrator and Sales Engineer.
Duties:
Reporting to the Managing Director (in Holland) your duties will be as below;

Warehouse Employee
who will perform his duties in close consultation with the existing Office Administrator and Sales Engineer.
Duties:
Reporting to the Managing Director (in Holland) your duties will be as below;
- Coordinating and ensuring accurate and timely processing of our orders
- Leading and Controlling activities of the warehouse
- Facilitating regular stock as required
- Ensuring Receipts and correctly received
- Composing retaining and reviewing warehouse reports and receipts
- Ensuring stocks are received in Good condition and in stated quantities
- Ensuring stock reports are done on a weekly basis and handed over to the required person
- Reporting on non moving items
- Any other duties as may be delegated.
Requirements:
- Minimum Certificate of Secondary Education.(KSCE)
- At least 1 year experience in warehousing and Logistics
- Qualification in supply chain
- Computer Knowledge. (Word, Excell)
- Ability to work independently, complete work demands without supervision and as a part of a team
- Ability to communicate in English language verbal and written
- Ability to write reports
- Proficient use of MS Office suite
- Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
- Teamplayer
- Driving license is an added advantage.
At the beginning a temporary employment contract.
After one year at suitability a definitive employment contract.
