In line with its plans to revitalize the Schools, the Board of Directors is looking to recruit for the position of Executive Director to lead the organization into an exciting new future.

- Strategy Development & Implementation.
- Commercial Operations Management.
- Financial Management & Compliance.
- Educational Agenda Management.
- Personnel Management & Community Relations.
- Facilities Management.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- An advanced degree (Masters) or certificate, in a relevant discipline, preferably augmented with an MBA.
- At least ten years’ general management experience with P&L and balance sheet responsibility in a for-profit environment.
- A solid managerial background, with good knowledge and experience of strategic and financial planning, management information systems, and project management is essential.
- A strong business and operations background, with experience in initiating and leading improvement programmes, developing and implementing strategic plans and overseeing change.
