Administration Job in Kenya

This position reports to the Production Manager and is charged with providing administrative support to the Workshop and also the Administration Department.

Responsibilities
  • Managing files and records, designing forms and other office procedures
  • All administrative tasks such as ordering office sundries and stationery
  • Maintains the Manpower List for the Workshop
  • Ensures timely communication to and from workshop staff
  • Assists in the recruitment process of Workshop staff
  • Liaises with the Administration Department on statutory requirements for the Workshop.
Qualifications, skills and experience
  • A minimum of a Diploma  in Business Management.
  • 3 years working experience in a busy environment
  • Good ICT knowledge, especially in MS Office Suite.
  • Good reporting skills.
  • A high level of integrity, reporting, communication and team relations skills.
