Responsibilities and Duties:
- Managing and projecting cash flow requirements of the organization.
- Preparing operational cost forecasts.
- Managing the purchasing functions of the organisation and maintaining good relations with suppliers.
- Preparing management accounts.
- Ensuring that all finances are well administered and monitored in line with the budget including credit control.
- Ensure that all appropriate financial regulations are in place and in use at all times
- Facilitating external accounts audit.
Key competencies:
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
- Customer service oriented and excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of accounting concepts and principles
- Computer literate
Education:
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) – Accounting Option
- C.P.A. (K)
- Four years and above experience.
