Managing Director - Sales & Marketing
Job Description:
The candidate is expected
to expand and control a company specializing in manufacture, supply and
installation of UPVC products including ceilings, roofing, windows and
claddings.
Based in Nairobi and
reporting to the Group MD, the successful candidate will drive the
company forward in the local and regional market.
She/he will achieve
consistent sales growth through the establishment of a motivated sales
team and will have the responsibility for the day to day operation of
the business, with client satisfaction as priority.
The individual is likely
to be degree qualified in business administration and marketing and must
be able to demonstrate a success in consistent sales achievement over
the last ten (10) years in related architectural and construction sector
as well as having held senior positions in company administration.
An excellent package is on offer, with bonus scheme based on results and profitability.
