Administrative Clerk (Intern) Job in Kenya

One of our Nairobi based client is looking for an Administrative Clerk – Intern
Salary: 10K / Month

Summary
 
Provide administrative support to a department  Manager.
 
Duties include general clerical, receptionist , Data entry  and offer assistance in typing.
 
Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
 
Primary Responsibilities
  • Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
  • Meet and greet clients and visitors.
  • Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.
  • Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
  • Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
  • Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
  • Maintain and distribute staff weekly schedules.
  • Support staff in assigned work.
  • Other duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a college diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills.
The successful candidate should be very excellent in typing and data entry work.

Qualifications

A minimum of certificate in  Business administration or any other related course.

Fresh graduates with  6 months experience  internship are encouraged to apply.
