Business Head – Training
Reporting to the Group Sales Director, the incumbent will be in charge of running the business unit as a profit centre.

Business Head – Training
Reporting to the Group Sales Director, the incumbent will be in charge of running the business unit as a profit centre.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve the monthly business targets set by the Group
- Develop and manage a team of Key account managers
- Prepare sales strategies and business plans for the training market;
- Implement sales strategies to achieve KTC goals, objectives and targets;
- Develop and maintain a solid funnel of training opportunities;
- Maintain quality and delivery bench mark set for the training centre
- Managing the existence partner and customer network and creating new partnerships based on the market trends/needs
- Align with the Group policy on shared services and operations.
Skills & Competencies
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales or related field;
- A good understanding of IT market and products
- At least 6 (six) years experience, with 2 (two) years in a management position
- Managing an IT training centre will be an added advantage
You must demonstrate a track record of managing a team, delivering sales targets, and possess strategic planning and thinking capability.
You must also demonstrate ability to work in a highly driven environment.
This position will require one to travel occasionally to the African market.
