Registration Assistant (Ref No. 2013/HR/BCS-001)
Reporting to the Technical Manager, the Registration Assistant will be responsible for the evaluation of product technical dossiers and preparation / customization of the same to meet the requirements of the regulatory authority for registration.
S/he will also be
responsible for the evaluation, processing and presentation of the
bio-efficacy trial data for registration and market support purposes.
The preparation of labels
both draft and commercial as an on-going process for the new and old
products as per the requirements by the regulatory authority in
respective countries in East Africa region, will also be part of the
duties, among other responsibilities.
Qualifications
- The successful candidate should be a self-driven person with good communication skills and fully computer literate.
- S/he should have excellent ability for data processing and interpretation for purposes of scientific reporting and have ability to network within the company organization.
- S/he should have at least five (5) years previous involvement in Agrochemical products registration processes and should also be conversant with regulatory authorities in the EastAfrica Countries and their respective legal acts and regulations pertaining to Agrochemical product registrations.
- A minimum of BCS degree with a major in Chemistry and / or Biochemistry.
- A good knowledge in other Agricultural disciplines will be an added advantage.
