Medical Officer In-Charge

Responsible for the management, supervision and provision of high quality clinical/medical services to hospital patients

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery.
  • BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS qualifications will be an added advantage
  • Current valid registration license with the KMPDB or any of the other East Africa Medical Boards
  • Must have practiced in a  hospital for 3 years
Nursing Services Manager

Responsible for organizing and coordinating services ensuring high quality patient experience

Qualifications and Skills
  • KRN/KRM/KRCHN
  • BSN or equivalent
  • BLS, ACLS, ATLS, PALS qualifications will be an added advantage
  • Advanced diploma in Health Care Management
  • Valid registration license with the Nursing Council of Kenya
  • At least 6 years experience in a busy Hospital
Nurses

Responsible for providing high standard of nursing care to all patients in line with the hospital’s policies and procedures while serving in at-least more than one area (Maternity or Theatre or ICU)

Qualifications and Skills
  • KRCHN or equivalent
  • BSN or its equivalent is an added advantage
  • Training in Peri-operative, Paediatric or Critical Care Nursing will be an added advantage
  • Valid Kenyan nursing practice license
  • Between 6 months to 7 years relevant experience
  • Working knowledge in more than one specialised areas (paediatric, theatre, ICU or maternity)
Pharmaceutical Technologist

Responsible for receiving and filling in prescription requests for patients in line with doctor’s prescriptions and rational prescribing

Qualifications and Skills
  • Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology
  • Valid registration license by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board
  • At least 2 years relevant work experience
Laboratory Technologist

Responsible for collecting and carrying out tests on patients specimen and generate accurate and timely results in line with the hospital’s policies and procedure.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from a board recognized institution
  • Registration with the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technologist and Technicians Board
  • HND is an added advantage
  • At least 2 years post-qualification working experience
Bio-Medical Technologist
Responsible for installation, calibration, repair and maintenance of medical and other hospital equipment

Qualifications and Skills
  • Diploma in Medical Engineering
  • At least 2 years relevant work experience
Medical Records Technologist:

Responsible for maintaining and reporting of patient records in accordance with legal requirements and organizational policies and procedures

Qualifications and Skills
  • Diploma in Medical Records and Information Systems
  • At least 2 years relevant experience
Customer Relations Executive

Responsible for developing and managing customer relationships and overseeing resolution of customer concerns

Qualifications and Skills
  • Diploma in business or marketing related discipline
  • Experience in marketing area/customer care/relationship management desired
  • At least 2 years relevant work experience and proficient in Ms. Tools
Radiographer/Sonographer

Responsible for the independent operation of ultra sound/X-Ray equipment, carrying out and communicating results of diagnostic examinations

Qualifications and Skills
  • Diploma holder in Medical Imaging Sciences from a recognised institution
  • Must be a member of Radiology Board of Kenya
  • At least 2 years relevant work experience
Branch Accountant

Responsible for implementing the financial plans and transactions of the unit ensuring they are in line with the business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills
  • B.Com Finance/Accounting or any other related discipline
  • CPA (K)/ACCA
  • At least 5 years relevant work experience
Accounts Assistant

Responsible for preparing, posting and reconciling financial transactions and collecting and reconciling all that is owed to the Hospital as per set target

Qualifications and Skills
  • ‘O’ level certificate
  • CPA II or equivalent
  • Working knowledge of an ERP system
  • At least 2 years work experience
Registration Clerk / Cashier

Responsible for collecting, verifying and recording and safeguarding all company revenue- cash and credit

Qualifications and Skills
  • ‘O’ level certificate
  • KATC 1 & 11/CPA  1
  • Working knowledge of ERP system
  • At least 1 year relevant work experience
Stores Assistant

Responsible for receiving, verifying, storing and issuing of goods

Qualifications and Skills
  • Certificate in Purchasing and supplies
  • At least 1 year relevant work experience
Cook
Responsible for ensuring prompt production of food and beverages

Qualifications and Skills
  • Certificate in Food and Beverage Production
  • Food handlers Health certificate from Mbagathi District Hospital
  • At least 1 year relevant work experience
  • Working experience in the health sector will be an added advantage
Waiter(ess)

Responsible for providing efficient, expedient and courteous services to all clients

Qualifications and Skills
  • Certificate in Food and Beverage Service
  • Food Handlers Health certificate from Government Hospital
  • At least 1 year relevant work experience.
  • Working experience in the health sector will be an added advantage
Hotel Services Attendant

Responsible for ensuring cleanliness in all areas of the hospital and proper handling and disposal of waste

Qualifications and Skills
  • Certificate in Housekeeping
  • Training on First Aid will be an added advantage
  • At least 1 years relevant work experience
  • Working experience in the health sector will be an added advantage
NB: For all non – medical positions, working experience in the health sector will be an added advantage
