Reporting directly to the Board, the successful candidate will provide executive leadership; develop strategies and plans aimed at achieving and implementing organizations objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Participates in preparation and implementation of the strategic plan
- Reviewing ,directing and managing the company’s financial, operational systems, procedures and controls
- Overseeing development and implementation of all plans and productivity improvement activities
- Set performance target for all staff, supervisors to monitor and evaluate the Sacco
- Providing proactive public relations to enhance the company’s corporate image
- Leading and motivating a skilled workforce from diverse and multicultural backgrounds
- Preparing relevant timely programes,Budgets and reports for the Board
- Advising the Board on all the matters relating to its workforce capacity, financial, operation, systems, strategies and business opportunities
- Formulate ,implement ,manage and Sacco policies and procedures
- Monitor and evaluate Sacco projects implementation of, Financial, HR, Procurement, Management Systems
Education
- A minimum of a University degree in relevant discipline and must be a holder of a CPA (K): a higher qualification in finance, accounts, administration and business management will be an added advantage.
Professional Experience
- Over five (7) years experience in a similar position.
- Strong leadership skills, communication, interpersonal, networking, analytical and conceptual skills.
- Ability to strict deadlines and proven track record of achievement.
FOSA Manager
We are seeking to recruit a high calibre, results oriented, experienced and a highly skilled professional for the position of a FOSA Manager.

We are seeking to recruit a high calibre, results oriented, experienced and a highly skilled professional for the position of a FOSA Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading in the development and implementation of appropriate objectives and strategies to enhance profitability.
- Developing and managing a mutually profitable relationship with customers
- Develop and implement strategies of retaining customers and growing the business.
- Maintaining a conducive work environment to attract retain and motivate all staff.
- Prepare and implement annual work plans and budgets.
- Responsible for efficient management of Finance, HR, ICT and Administrative functions of FOSA.
- Planning, preparation and monitoring of capital and revenue budgets and controls.
- Continuously plan, organize and coordinates the credit and savings activities.
- Ensure work plans, budget and economic reports are prepared in a timely manner.
- Ensure provision and management of timely, accessible and responsive customer services centre.
- Ensure timely adherence of board reports, statutory compliance, staff appraisal, management reports and risk assessments of the Sacco.
- Coordinate closely with CEO and the Board and Management for monitoring and evaluation of the programs and activities
Education
- A minimum of a University degree in relevant discipline and must be a holder of a CPA (K), computer literate, QMS Training and a Banking Course

- Over five (5) years experience in a similar position.
- Strong leadership skills, communication, interpersonal, networking, analytical, and conceptual skills.
- Ability to strict deadlines and proven track record of achievement.
