A fast growing Property Developer seeks to employ a highly motivated legal officer with the following requirements.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Law
- Two years’ experience in a busy contracts and conveyancing department.
- The applicant must be an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya
- A current practicing license
Additional Skills required include:
- Good judgment,
- Planning and organization skills,
- Good negotiation skills,
- Good oral and written communication skills.
Sales Agents
- Recruiting qualified individual sales Agents with a relevant degree or Diploma qualifications.
- To sell fast moving residential commercial properties in Nairobi.
- A minimum of 2 year experience in sales of residential / commercial properties.
- Must be ready to work on commission basis only.
- Must have the ability to promote own sales and marketing activities.
