Part Time Chef Job in Kenya 2012

A new prestigious catering business is looking for an independent part-time chef.

Education & professional qualifications
  • “O” level education
  • Formal training in Food production or bakery/Pastry or related training
  • At least 3 years working experience in a busy Kitchen or bakery for the pastry chef
  • Experience in cooking local cuisine including: Indian, Japanese, Chinese cuisine
Job Role
  • Food production depending on clients requirements
  • Compliance to International Hygiene standards
  • Ability to monitor food costs
  • Ability to train in individual or group cookery classes is an added advantage.
