The Banda, a leading IAPS school (1 -13 years) with small classes of friendly and motivated pupils, invites applications for the posts below. 

The school has an enviable reputation for academic, cultural and sporting excellence. 

We are particularly keen to appoint staff who have an ability to coach major team sports.
 

Deputy Head Academic
 

An experienced, organised and dedicated teacher (any subject considered) is required to drive the academic vision of the school.
 

Applicants must have previous Prep School experience and be familiar with ISEB Common Entrance and Scholarship.
 

House Parents
 

A caring couple with boarding experience to run our Weekly Boarding House. 

A teaching couple who are able to fill any of the advertised teaching positions would be an advantage.
 

Head of Mathematics
 

An experienced, highly motivated and dynamic teacher is needed to lead and manage this department, teaching Year 5 - 8 ISEB Common Entrance and Scholarship level.
 

Head of Learning Support
 

A highly motivated, enthusiastic and well qualified teacher is required to lead this excellent department.
 

Head of Boys’ Games
 

A dynamic and enthusiastic sports specialist is required to lead this highly regarded department.
 

Teacher of Mathematics
 

An inspirational teacher with enthusiasm, versatility and a passion for teaching maths to Years 5 - 8 is required to join this well established department.
 

Teacher of French
 

An enthusiastic practitioner to teach Years 4 - 8. 

A second teaching subject would be an advantage.
 

Teacher of Science
 

An energetic teacher is needed to join this popular department and teach Years 5 - 8.
 

Teacher of P.E. and Games
 

An enthusiastic, well-qualified and suitably experienced teacher to teach P.E. and Boys’ Games throughout the school.
 

Class Teacher
 

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, well-qualified and caring KSI / 2 teacher to join the Junior Department (Years 2 - 4).
 

The candidate will be required to co-ordinate and teach most of the curriculum subjects; we have specialist support for ICT, Music, P.E. and Games.

Nursery / Early Years / Key Stage / Class Teacher
 

An enthusiastic, experienced and flexible, qualified teacher is sought to join the lively and successful Pre-Prep Department. An ability to teach Music would be an advantage.
