Support Engineers
Key Responsibilities
- Triage, resolve, document and, if necessary, escalate ICT support requests to assure timely resolution and accurate record keeping.
- Maintain Help Desk records and provide monthly reports of Help Desk activity and resolution.
- Schedules daily work based on Help Desk requests and preventative maintenance needs.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of computers and software in Help Desk.
- Assure complete and accurate records of support and ICT inventory.
- Provide initial on-site computer troubleshooting.
- Unpacks, configures, inventories, images, and installs new computer peripherals.
- Installs and tests software updates as directed.
- Maintains ICT Department storage areas securely and orderly.
- Schedules and performs preventive maintenance on computer systems.
- Maintains up-to-date documentation in assigned areas of responsibility.
- Participate in end-user events, as appropriate, i.e. client training.
Qualifications & Experience
- Must have a Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related discipline.
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) and/or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) will be an added advantage.
- Must have at least 2 years experience in ICT support.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system, Apple Macintosh and Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience with computer hardware, printers, Video Projectors etc.
- Knowledge of structured cabling and networked environments.
- Must be self-driven, not more than 35 years of age and must have well developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in high demanding user support environment such as call center will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, forward looking and rapidly growing media house.
- You must be a person of high Integrity, innovative, a team player, good people skills, analytical skills and communication skills.
Business Systems Analysts
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Finance System, Human Capital Management Systems, Application selection and deployment and associated systems uptime to very high standards.
- Manage and maintain Database Management Systems. Experience in Oracle and Ms SQL Server.
- Management and planning of business solutions and security.
- Reduce issue execution and resolution time for change requests and support calls.
- Ensure redundancy tests are carried out and documented as required by the ICT policy.
- Ensure preventative maintenance is carried out on business systems associated hardware and software as required by the ICT policy.
- Ensure backups for all systems under your care are carried out and tested as per policy.
- Enforce SLA5 with suppliers.
- Spearhead Continuous system improvements throughout the organization.
- Maintain integrity of access levels and logins.
Qualifications & Experience
- Must have a Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related discipline.
- Must possess deep understanding in business solutions and database systems.
- Must have at least 3 years experience in management of advanced business solutions or ERP. Experience in Oracle Financials, Microsoft Dynamics or SAP will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in project management and certification in the same will be an added advantage.
- Must be self-driven, not more than 35 years of age and must have well developed verbal and written communication skills.

Senior Graphic Designer - Broadcast
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the multi-disciplinary broadcast design team.
- Assist the Designers in origination, creation, execution, maintenance and enhancement of the KTN brand & on air visuals.
- In partnership with various client departments, the candidate will be involved in ideation, origination & creation on-air visuals as well as management of various design & re-design projects.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience. Knowledge and practice on the ORAD platform will be an added advantage
- Wide experience in broadcast visual sytle guidelines.
- Good knowledge on 3D studio Max and/or Maxon Cinema 4D & after Effects.
- Good knowledge of Broadcast pipelines & design
- Can demonstrate project management through accomplished visual project design or redesign portfolio
- Has managed at least two people
- Can originate and manage broadcast visual style guidelines
