In addition to the
qualities described above, a relevant degree and a minimum of 5 years’
experience at a Senior level within the Sales & Marketing team and
hotel industry of a successful dynamic organization dealing in fast
moving consumer goods will be required as will a proven track record in
the formation and implementation of marketing strategies, resulting in
increased sales into the catering sector.
Computer skills and good
people-management abilities will also be essential, as will the proven
ability to manage and motivate a Catering Sales team.
