Geopolicity Inc. is currently seeking the following consultants for upcoming programs in Kenya:
Full Time Programme Manager (International Expert)
Full Time Financial Management Specialist / Accountant (Regional / National Expert)
Short Term Technical Advisor (Regional / National Expert)
Consultants will be required to:-
Undertake institutional, financial and program capacity assessments of Civil Society Organizations (CSOs).
Provide technical assistance for institutional development in light of capacity assessments.
Provide assistance to CSOs in developing relevant data baselines for progress measurement.
Timeframe: 2 years with possible extension of 1.5 years

Consultant requirements include
- Full career professionals (minimum of 10 years of relevant experience).
- Minimum of Masters Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, with particular reference to NGOs.
- Experience with capacity development of CSOs. Experience with peace building and security programs.
- Experience in good governance and human rights advocacy.
- Professional experience in the areas of specialization, ideally with the World Bank, IMF, USAID, DFID, EU.
- Ability to synthesize and organize complex information from a number of sources into a comprehensive policy orientated document.
- Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills, as well as proven ability to communicate orally and in writing with senior government officials.
- National / Regional Experts should be able to speak Swahili.
